About Eliza Park
Eliza Park Supported Residential Service
Our primary residence, Eliza Park, is located at 157 Mount Eliza Way, Mount Eliza VIC 3930 — a quiet residential neighbourhood close to shops, public transport, parks and local health services.
The property offers spacious private bedrooms, shared kitchen, living and outdoor garden spaces designed to promote comfort, privacy and social connection. Every area is fully accessible and maintained to high living standards for NDIS participants requiring long-term supported accommodation.
On-site support workers are available at all hours to assist with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, transport to appointments and community outings. We work closely with participants, their families and support coordinators to deliver consistent, stable housing and wrap-around support.
