About Eliza Park
Eliza Park SRS is a 43-bed Supported Residential Service located in beautiful Mount Eliza, supporting people with mental health challenges to live independently and achieve their goals. We are part of Serene Golden Wellness Solutions, a registered NDIS provider delivering high-quality supports across the Mornington Peninsula and South East Melbourne.
